How exactly do i complete the national dex fast on pokemon diamond?

Hey Fellow Poke Fans, well i want to know without cheating is there a fast way to complete the national dex, and please dont say over Nintendo WFC because i havnt seen the pokemon and the pokemon in battle tower dont count to the pokedex so please guys im stumped, How do i do it?
