HOW To MAKE HAIR LIKE THIS????

First run your hair under warm water. Then towel dry it so its wet but not dripping. Then get some mousse, gel, and hair spray. Flip your hair upside down and apply the mousse, then the gel and then the the hairspray...finally get a anti frizz spray and spray on top of all hair! remember to scrunch your hair close to ur head so the curls turn out smaller.
