Question about forgery?

I have a question regarding forgery, can you help? My dad did a rent to own Television in my name in 2008. I became aware of this when a debt collector at the company called for lack of payments. I told my dad to switch the TV in his name so i wouldn't be financially responsible, so it wouldn't affect my credit. He ured me shortly after that the TV would be taken out of my name. about 2 years later for curiosities sake and becasue me and my father became involved in an emotional quarrell, i decided to check the status of the TV to see if he ever took it out of my name. Turns out he didn't. He purchased a TV using my Identity and he and his wife forged my signature on two separate doents without my consent. I know i should have done something about it sooner, but can i still do something about it now?
