My atiel has laid eggs!!!!!?

Okay, So i have a female and a male atiel, well about 3 days ago, She now has 2 eggs and 1 was broken, I guess she laid it in the food bowl and when they were eating i believe cracked it open, I went to change her food bowl and the egg was there, so i opened the rest of it up and i saw a little sperm in the middle of the yolk. SO I do know these are fertilized... WELL she now has 2 on the bottom of her cage.. I read up on the internet if you dont have a nest then get a bowl with paper towels!! well thats what i did, and her first egg is in that bowl, and she the 2nd one today and its on the cage floor, and she will NOT move from that egg!!!!! she hisses at me if i go around her cage.. which is fine, but im scared she wont even try to incubate the other egg, since shes only incubating the one on the cage floor?? What should I do??
