What is the easiest way to get rid of gophers?

i had this problem i purchased a new home beautifull landscape then the gophers came and started eating my grs trust meee u want to get rid of them do this it will work gophers cant see they use there sence of smell put gasoline then whose it down trust me gophers hate hate gasoline i did this 2 months agoo now theres noo gophers
