Which college is best for me?

my major is graphic degsin and i have ACT score of 20 and gpa of 3.8 from high school and i am disabled and im not sure which college would fit me as well and is best education there. here couple of college i think i should go. Gallaudet Univeristy ( deaf college) RIT (rochester instiute of technology). but any other suggestions?
